My profession is built on the concept that people can change. With self-awareness, and the discipline to modify thinking and behavior, people are capable of remarkable shifts in health, happiness and effectiveness. Nearly all of my clients make improvement, and some make extraordinary progress.
The exceptional clients share a few things in common. First, they stay open to feedback and take to heart how their behavior or communication style is impacting themselves and others.
Based on the feedback, they determine what changes they want to make and remain mindful and vigilant to change them. They start their day with their goals in mind and resist the urge to act on impulses that would sabotage their success.
Lastly, clients that make exceptional progress deeply believe in their ability to become a better version of themselves. They know they have a greater life to live and they use opportunities and obstacles to achieve it.
